YG023Cautomatic single yarn strength machine is controlled by computer and Soc, which is used to measure the breaking strength, elongation at break, breaking strength, breaking time and tensile curve of single yarn or fiber. Equipped with Windows operating system, high-resolution color display, keyboard, mouse and printer, the data collection, calculation and output are all automated.
Principle and performance conform to:
International Standard ISO2062 "Method for Determining Breaking Load and Elongation of Single Yarn at Breaking Load".
National standard GB/T3916 "Determination of breaking strength and elongation at break of single yarn of textile package yarn".
National Standard GB/T14344 "Test Method for Breaking Strength and Breaking Elongation of Synthetic Fiber Filament and Textured Yarn".
This instrument adopts pneumatic clamping of sample, and the clamp works reliably without damaging the sample. It has the characteristics of high automation, convenient operation, stable performance and accurate test. It is suitable for large, medium and small textile enterprises and inspection institutions at all levels in China,It is a high-tech mechatronics product, reaching the international level of similar products.

Third, the composition and working principle of the instrument
YG023C-III automatic single yarn strength machine is composed of three parts: main machine, printer and ordinary PC. See figure 1 for the appearance of the instrument.
The main engine adopts box structure, which contains Soc processing module, transmission mechanism, force measuring mechanism, length measuring encoder and driving circuit.
The transmission mechanism adopts imported DC servo driver and permanent magnet DC motor (with tachogenerator), and the output of motor shaft drives the chain through gear reducer. The chain is connected with the lower gripper, and the up-and-down movement of the lower gripper can be smoothly realized by controlling the motor to rotate forward and backward at a constant speed.
The rear end of the gear reducer of the instrument is connected with a high-precision encoder, and the output signal of the encoder is 0.05mm/ pulse. The elongation error is much less than ±1mm, which ensures the accuracy of length positioning and elongation measurement.
The driving circuit includes a sensor amplifying circuit and an input/output signal interface circuit. It mainly controls six electromagnetic air valves, manipulator drive, yarn carrier drive, button signal and limit switch signal.
Working principle is as follows:
Automatic test: firstly, set the test parameters and install the test samples. Press the "Start" button on the operation panel. The manipulator returns to the lowest position, the lower gripper rises to the top at the highest speed, and stops when it touches the upper limit switch. Clamping the sample, and then moving downward, when leaving the upper limit switch, it will be used as the starting point of length measurement. Sample the pulse number of encoder, and when the set clamping length is reached, the lower gripper stops. The manipulator clamps the sample and applies pretension, and the upper gripper pulls in. The lower gripper stretches at the set speed. The force sensor starts to be stressed. The computer samples the force value of the sensor and the elongation value of the encoder, and sends it to the screen for display and draws a strong elongation curve. After the first stretching, the computer processes the sampled data, and obtains the data such as breaking strength, breaking strength, breaking elongation, breaking work, breaking time, constant strength elongation and constant elongation strength. The broken residual yarn is automatically sucked by the yarn suction box. Then the instrument repeats the above process for the next test. When a tube test is finished, the leading yarn rack moves to the right by one grid, and the pneumatic scissors cut the last yarn. The manipulator goes up to the highest point and takes the next yarn for test. After the test is completed, the instrument stops working.
Manual test: when the sample is not suitable for automatic test, manual test can be selected. After setting the test parameters, press the "Start" button. The manipulator goes up to the highest position and stops when it touches the upper limit switch. And then run down to the clamping length. Take out the sample, put one end in the clamping surface of the upper gripper, press the "Start" button, and the upper gripper will pull in (if the yarn clamping is not good, press the "Stop" button to release the upper gripper, and then press the "Start" button to clamp the yarn again), put the other end of the yarn in the lower clamping surface, press the "Start" button to pull in the lower gripper, and the instrument will automatically carry out tensile test. Test data obtained after the completion of one test (same as data of automatic test mode). The lower gripper goes to the clamping length again for the next test. Data statistics are equivalent to automatic test.
IV,Description of Control Switch
"Power" switch: Turn on the instrument power when it is turned to the "ON" position, and turn off the instrument when it is turned to the "OFF" position.
"Start" button: Press this button to start the instrument when the lower gripper stops at the beginning of the test or during the test.
"Stop" button: when this button is pressed during the test, the gripper stops moving, and the test is invalid. Press "Start" to continue the test.
"Emergency stop" button: In case of any unexpected situation during the test, press the "Emergency stop" button to force the lower gripper to stop, and release the "Emergency stop" button to resume movement after the situation is eliminated. Note: During normal test, the emergency stop button must be in the released position, otherwise the test cannot be carried out.
V,Operation and use of instruments
This instrument is controlled by computer, so the operator is required to have common knowledge of computer operation.
First, start the computer, then turn on the main power switch of the instrument and power on the printer.

DeThe test interface is divided into four areas
Left test parameter area, middle curve box area, right strong elongation area and lower test result area.
Test parameter area: display the test parameters of the current group of tests,If you need to modify the test parameters, just enter the corresponding test parameters.
Note: It is forbidden to modify the test parameters when a group of tests are not completed,If you need to modify the test parameters, please click the "Stop" button to stop the test or press the stop button on the instrument. Then enter the parameters to be modified, click the New Test button, and then press Start to conduct a new set of tests.
Middle curve box area: shows the strength and elongation curves of each curve in the test. It can be set to display single curve and all curves,The software has automatic expansion function when displaying curves, that is, if the curve exceeds 90% of the coordinate frame during the test, the software will automatically increase the proportion of each grid of the coordinate frame so that the curve will not exceed the coordinate frame.
Note: When the mode of displaying all curves is selected, if there are many tests, there will be a corresponding delay when the curve box is automatically scaled. At this time, the software is redrawing all the test curves that have been done in this group of tests according to the scaled coordinate scale. Please be patient. The waiting time increases with the increase of test times.
Right strength elongation area: display the real-time data of a test, and display the breaking strength and after the completion of a test
Elongation at break.
Lower test result area: this area is divided into two layers, and the test results and statistical results are controlled and displayed by corresponding buttons. Test results show the results of each test. The statistical results show that up to this test, the statistical values of this group of tests include average value, maximum value, minimum value, mean square deviation and CV value.

VI,Transportation and Installation of Products
1. This instrument is packed and shipped as a whole. The main machine is placed flat in the packing box with the operation panel facing up,Dumping, rain and sun exposure are strictly prohibited in the packing box during transportation.
2. When unpacking, remove the box cover first, and then remove the surrounding box boards,When handling after unpacking, only the surrounding frame and the bottom of the instrument are allowed to be stressed,It is strictly forbidden to wear ropes on the manipulator, upper and lower grippers and other parts, so as not to cause damage to the instrument. The four rollers at the foot of the instrument are only allowed to move a little on the smooth and flat ground indoors.
3. Remove the rope tied to the instrument for packing and transportation.
4. The machine is required to be placed in an air conditioning test room, and the indoor environment shall meet the following requirements:
A the indoor floor is flat and stable, the air is clean, there is no corrosive medium, no obvious vibration source interference, no strong electric and magnetic field interference.
B there should be enough space around the instrument to meet the needs of opening the door and placing the yarn inserting frame. When the chemical fiber factory directly leads the yarn to the instrument for testing, there should be a large space behind the instrument.
C if an air compressor is needed, put it as far away from the main engine as possible. The power supply should be separated from the power supply of the host computer and printer.
D the power supply of main engine, printer and air compressor should be well grounded.
5. Fix the cross bar and supporting frame (aluminum angle iron) randomly in bulk on the upper part of the instrument with hexagon socket screws,When installing the cross bar, it is required that the leading yarn frame can stop in place when moving along the guide rail.
6. Insert the trachea (∮6) into the trachea joint hole on the right side of the power socket at the lower end of the instrument back,The trachea (∮6) should be inserted into the trachea joint hole for about 20mm generally,If the trachea needs to be taken out, press the copper ring at the outermost end of the trachea joint inward with the left hand and pull out the trachea with the right hand. The other end of the air pipe is a quick-change connector which is inserted into the output connector of the air compressor. If there is centralized air supply, no air compressor is needed. After the compressed air is switched on, check that the compressed air in the main engine pressure gauge should be adjusted within the range of 0.5 ~ 0.8 MPa.
7. Open the back door of the instrument, and plug the connecting cables of the monitor, printer and mouse and keyboard plugs into the corresponding jacks of the industrial computer.
8. Connect the power supply of host, monitor, printer and air compressor.
VII,Precautions for Product Operation
1. Yarn installation:
A,The bobbin to be tested is inserted on the insertion rack behind the instrument, and the large bobbin of chemical fiber factory should be inserted on the self-provided sample truck.
B, leading out the yarn heads of each tube through the ceramic yarn guides on the rear yarn guides (two) at the upper part of the back of the main machine, and pressing a yarn pressing rod in the middle. The rear yarn guide frame is pressed and hung on the supporting frame at the upper part of the back of the main machine.
C, the yarn heads of each tube are led to the ceramic yarn guides of the leading yarn racks (two) from the top of the main machine, and then pass through two rows of clips (ten in each row) on the front of the leading yarn racks, so that the yarn heads pass through the right clamping surface of the upper row of clips, and then pass no more than one turn clockwise to the right of the clamping surface of the next row of clips (chemical fiber can pass one turn), and then cut off the protruding yarn heads.
D push the leading yarn rack to move to the right along the cross bar guide rail by hand, so that the leading edge of the previous leading yarn rack enters the yarn driving device
Set between two toothed belts, when the toothed belts automatically run to drive the leading yarn rack to move to the right and stop at the positioning point. When the test sample on a leading yarn rack is finished, it can be removed from the right end of the cross bar and then loaded from the left end of the cross bar.
Pay attention to the position of the rear yarn guide frame at least 15 cm to the left of the front yarn guide frame, so as to prevent loosening during yarn test.
E the first yarn of the test must be taken out from the lower clip of the leading yarn holder and passed through the clamping surface of the upper gripper so that the lower gripper can clamp the yarn for the first test.
When starting up, just turn on the printer and start the computer, and then turn on the main power switch of the instrument.
2. When shutting down, you must first shut down the computer with Windows Shutdown Program, and then turn off the main power switch. It is forbidden to turn off the main power switch directly.
3. During normal test, it is forbidden to press the RESET button on the operation panel and open other programs or games at the same time, otherwise the instrument will be damaged.
4. The floppy drive and optical drive of the instrument are only used for installation, debugging and maintenance,Users are strictly prohibited from loading other programs or games through them to prevent virus intrusion.
5. Always keep the printer, main engine and air compressor clean.
6. The operator should open the right door every week to add oil to the slide column and chain of the moving lower gripper, so that the ascending and descending transmission parts of the instrument are in good working condition.
7. If the instrument is found to be abnormal, press the "emergency stop" switch to stop running, shut down the computer with Windows shutdown program, and then turn off the main power switch of the instrument. Check and troubleshoot by professional maintenance personnel familiar with the instrument
Eight, product maintenance and maintenance
1. The average strength value of samples should be in the range of 50cN~20000cN.
2. The strength value of the instrument shall be checked once a year according to the requirements of the first-class machine in the national measurement standard JJG475 "Inspection Rules for Electronic Universal Testing Machines" to ensure the accuracy of the instrument test.
3. The upper and lower limit switches in the right door cannot be loosened at will.
4. For the maintenance of the air compressor, refer to the operation manual of the air compressor
Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble and assemble parts of the instrument at will.
